  Summary of distillation kettle
  Distillation is a Thermodynamic Separation process. It uses different boiling points of components in mixed liquid or liquid-solid system to evaporate low boiling point components and then condensate to separate the whole components. It is a combination of evaporation and condensation. Compared with other separation methods, such as extraction, filtration and crystallization, it has the advantage of not using solvents other than system components, thus ensuring that no new impurities are introduced. Distillation conditions: 1. Liquids are mixtures. 2. The boiling points of each component are different. Therefore, the distillation kettle is composed of a reaction kettle with heating and evaporation function, a condenser with condensation function and a receiving tank. The distillation kettle is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical industry and other industries, as well as for the distillation of methanol and other dissolved coal. The distillation reactor should satisfy certain temperature, pressure and sealing from the design point of view. At the same time, it should cooperate with agitators, different heating systems and so on according to the technological requirements. It belongs to non-standard container equipment. According to the material characteristics, vacuum distillation can also be set up to realize vacuum vacuum vacuum distillation.
  1. The distillation kettle is a system, which mainly includes the distillation kettle body, kettle cover, inlet and outlet, distillation steam outlet, kettle residual night outlet, heating system and condensation system, electronic control system, etc. The distillation kettle has heating function. According to material characteristics, it can be an electric heating distillation kettle or a heat conducting oil distillation kettle, or a steam heating distillation kettle. The size of the condenser is prepared according to the characteristics of the separated materials and the distillation requirements. Atmospheric distillation kettle is a material with low thermal sensitivity. Vacuum distillation is to increase the decompression system, reduce the boiling point of the feed liquid, and avoid the decomposition and denaturation of the components with poor thermal stability in the feed liquid at higher temperatures.
  2. The temperature and pressure of the distillation kettle should be well controlled, otherwise the temperature will rise quickly and the pressure will burst when it is high. Generally, distillation kettles can be stirred or not according to process requirements. When heating, it should be heated slowly to prevent boiling. The condenser should be matched, and the size of the condenser should be allocated according to the characteristics of the material. The cooling water flow of the condenser should be enough, otherwise it can't cool the runoff well.
  3. The distillation kettle is composed of tank, upper and lower heads, supports, transmission devices, shaft packages, etc. It can also be used as metering device and stirring device according to process requirements.
  Stirrers for distillation kettles can be equipped with slurry, anchor, frame, spiral, rotary, magnetic and other forms, which can meet different production process requirements. If there are other requirements, you can contact our factory and design and manufacture separately.
  According to customer requirements, CIP cleaning device, level gauge (level gauge), manhole (hand hole), respirator (fire-proof and explosion-proof), mirror spotlight, down-spreading discharging valve, ball valve, inlet, outlet and sewage outlet can be installed.
