  1, the flavor production line adopts the form of integrated crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, screening and flavoring. It has clear function and organic integration, and can be integrated as a whole. To achieve process flow operation.
  2. The core part of the production line: drying system. In the pre-drying section, high pressure and low air flow fans are used to fluidize wetter chicken essence particles; in the drying section, low pressure and high air flow fans are used to remove more water per unit time and dry evenly; in the cooling section, high air flow fans are used to quickly remove heat and reduce product temperature, which not only meets the requirements of water control, but also facilitates subsequent packaging process.
  3. Drying medium circulation system: The blower, heater and air intake pipeline are made of stainless steel to avoid the possibility of contamination by unclean air.
  4. The fast-opening structure is adopted between the upper and lower beds of the drying machine, which changes the traditional structure of bolt-fixed connection and greatly facilitates the thorough cleaning of the system.
  5. Composite structure is adopted for the pass of the bedplate, and tongue-shaped hole is used for the front section, so that the material can move forward smoothly without leakage. Straight hole is used for the middle and back end, which has higher penetration rate of hot air and more sufficient heat exchange during drying process.
