  Stirring tank mould is actually a stirring tank reactor, but its stirring structure has changed to adapt to the situation of solid in the tank. There is a jacket outside for heat exchange inside and outside the tank, usually with PH and temperature measuring probe. The discharge port is below, and the upper manhole is used as the feed port, also for cleaning and maintenance. The mixing shaft of the crystallizer is equipped with two stirring shafts, one of which mixes the material and liquid evenly, and the bottom stirring can stir up the precipitated crystals. The vent is used for discharging gas when loading or other necessary.

  The advantages of this equipment are simple structure, easy operation and good adaptability. It can be used in many crystallization processes.
  1. It is difficult to fine adjust and control the crystallization process with this equipment, such as adjusting the crystal growth rate and controlling the crystal size.

  2. This kind of tank is generally small and can only be produced intermittently, so the production capacity is small. If the tank body is too large, it will not only be difficult to manufacture, but also the mixing of radial and axial direction will not be uniform.
  When the production capacity is large, several smaller crystallizer tanks can be operated in parallel. Stirring tank crystallizer can be used for freezing crystallization, reactive crystallization, salting out crystallization and heating crystallization.
